Job summary

Vaultex is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee day-to-day running of the processing shift at Medway House, Tonbridge, ensuring targets are met and high-quality service is delivered. You will supervise the Processing Team, drive performance, and maintain procedures within the department.

The role requires leadership, strong communication skills and a flexible approach to work, with the ability to motivate staff and manage HR-related tasks within a production environment.

Qualifications

• Confident and approachable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management, organisational skills and knowledge of operations.
• Ability to meet team/shift targets and deadlines.
• Customer service skills and experience.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Experience conducting interviews and performance reviews with feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Operational experience as a supervisor in a Note/Coin Site or similar production environment.
