Vaultex Uk Ltd in Tonbridge (Medway House, Tonbridge, Kent) is seeking a Shift Manager to run the day-to-day operations of the processing shift. You will lead the team to meet production targets, provide strong leadership, and ensure procedures are followed while delivering high-quality service to customers.

The role requires managing performance, training staff for flexibility, and promoting a professional image.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the shift team.
• Ensure shift production operates to its optimum efficiency.
• Ensure employees are trained to maximise flexibility within the site.
• Ensure customer service is a priority and the shift/team meets or exceeds agreed customer service levels.
• Motivate and drive the team to ensure optimum performance.
• Promote a professional image to customers, both internal and external.
• Identification, investigation and solving of problems.
• Other HR reporting requirements and performance management of team members.
• Present briefings to team members and capture feedback.
• Assist the Shift Manager with general duties and change initiatives.
• Champion Health and Safety standards and CSR within the workplace.
• Support and implement continuous improvement and employee engagement.
