Vaultex is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee day-to-day running of the processing shift at Medway House, Tonbridge, ensuring targets are met and high-quality service is delivered. You will supervise the Processing Team, drive performance, and maintain procedures within the department.
The role requires leadership, strong communication skills and a flexible approach to work, with the ability to motivate staff and manage HR-related tasks within a production environment.

Salary: £32,697 per annum plus £2672 shift allowance. Total £35,369.
Act in the day to day running of the shift and showing strong leadership skills, be self-motivated and flexible within the working environment, ensuring procedures are adhered to within the department at all times. Supervise the Processing Team and take the responsibility of production/processing targets and leading the team to deliver key objectives and optimum performance.
Deliver high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while working within tight deadlines.
