• Enter orders accurately and within order cut-off times.
• Monitor and manage the sales inbox, prioritising urgent requests.
• Process customer credits and assist with account enquiries.
• Respond to customer enquiries via live chat and email.
• Make outbound calls to resolve order queries, product shortages or complaints.
• Collaborate with Night Assembly Team to ensure orders are ready before dispatch deadlines.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update company systems.
• Deliver high accuracy while meeting strict deadlines.
