Job summary

Clyde & Co, a leading global law firm, seeks a Document Production Specialist in Glasgow to deliver high-quality document creation, editing and formatting. You will manage complex documents under tight deadlines and support workflow coordination to optimise service delivery across teams.

The role offers flexible working with a mix of office and home-based days, and opportunities to engage with advanced document technologies in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a Document Production role within a professional services environment.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
Experience editing, formatting and producing complex documents and presentations to a high standard.
Strong PDF manipulation skills, including the creation and management of document bundles.
Experience with document cleaning tools and DocXTools.
Strong working knowledge of iManage.
Familiarity with Visual Files 2 and EveryFile would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality document production support to legal and business services teams across Clyde & Co.
Assist with workflow coordination to ensure efficient service delivery and workload management.
