Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality legal documents using templates or tailored as per requirements (Word, PPT, Excel, PDF).
• Perform document health checks, cleaning and converting.
• Create graphics and charts for presentations and pitches.
• Handle document conversions and formatting accurately.
• Manage Circulars, Legal Review Reports, Client Briefings and Mail-Merge tasks.
• Cross-reference checking, revisions and amendments, and redlining comparisons.
• Typing and transcription where needed.

Large and highly prestigious law firm are looking for an experienced, upbeat, and highly skilled legal document production specialist who has a wealth of experience in a full legal document production role working for a law firm. This is a full-time, permanent document production position working on the daytime shift of 10am - 6pm.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced document production expert to take on a full-time, fully remote role working from home. The firm offer a wealth of flexibility and perks, generous annual bonus and impressive benefits within the role, and the starting salary would be £47,600.

This firm are looking for a document specialist with a flair/interest in design to a high level who can support with PowerPoint pitches and presentations.

Core responsibilities centre around providing an accurate and high-quality document production service including the following:

• producing high-quality legal documentation using templates or tailored as per requirements (incl. MS Word, PPT, Excel and Adobe PDF)
• Document health checks/cleaning and converting
• Graphics/Charts
• Document conversions
• Offering Circulars, Legal Review Reports, Client Briefings, Technical Bulletins, Mail-Merge, eMailers
• Cross-reference checking
• Revisions and amendments
• Comparisons/blacklining
• Copy typing
