Clyde & Co in Glasgow is seeking a Document Production Specialist to deliver high-quality document production support for our legal and business services teams. You will create, format, edit and manage complex documents to tight deadlines while upholding accuracy and client service.
The role also involves supporting workflow coordination, ensuring efficient service delivery, and working with tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, iManage and PDF workflows.

As a Document Production Specialist, you will provide high-quality document production support to legal and business services teams across the firm. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will create, format, edit and manage complex legal and business documents to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional standards of accuracy and client service. Alongside document production responsibilities, you will support workflow coordination activities when required, helping to ensure efficient service delivery and effective management of workloads across the team.
