Job summary

ATG Entertainment is seeking a proactive Front of House associate to welcome audiences, scan tickets, serve at bars and sell merchandise for shows and events. The role involves working evenings and weekends on a fixed-term basis until 2 January 2027, with preference for candidates available for multiple key dates.

You will work closely with security, box office and duty managers to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and on public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet audience members and ensure they feel welcome and valued.
• Answer audience questions and provide timely information and guidance.
• Promote and sell food, beverages, merchandise, programmes or packages.
• Cash handling and stock control in line with procedures.
• Identify safety risks and escalate or act to keep staff and customers safe.
• Work collaboratively with front-of-house and venue teams to complete tasks.
