Job summary

ATG Entertainment in Brighton is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member for a fixed term seasonal role at our venues, The Lyceum and The Harold Pinter. You will greet audience members, answer queries, and help them access timely information while ensuring a warm welcome.

You’ll work across front of house, selling food, drinks, merchandise, and programmes, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of shows and services.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience
• Ability to upsell products and services
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with audience members, ensuring a warm welcome
• Answer audience queries with timely, useful information
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the venue, shows, products and services
• Proactively suggest and sell food, beverages, merchandise, programmes, or packages
• Aim to exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue
• Handle cash and stock accurately and safely
• Identify and address risks to health, safety or security
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks
• Take initiative to identify and complete tasks as needed
