Job summary

ATG Entertainment in Torquay is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Team Member to join the Front of House on a fixed term casual basis. You will greet guests, answer questions, upsell food, drinks, merchandise, and DAS deliveries, and help show patrons to their seats.

Evening and weekend availability are essential for the duration of the contract through early January 2027. You will work alongside security, box office, and venue staff, contributing to a positive guest experience and ensuring

Qualifications

Proven ability to deliver friendly, helpful service to customers.
Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Accurate cash handling and stock control in line with procedures.
Strong teamwork and collaboration with on-site staff.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage with audience members, making them feel welcome.
Answer audience queries with timely information and guidance.
Maintain knowledge of venue, shows, and products to suggest additional purchases.
Proactively sell food, beverages, merchandise, programmes, and Delivered at Seat products.
Know and work toward sales targets and exceed them where possible.
Handle cash and stock accurately and safely.
Identify safety risks and follow risk management policies.
Collaborate with team to complete all tasks on shift.
Proactively identify and complete tasks as needed.
