Job summary

Parkway Ford Sales is seeking an outgoing, organized, and energetic Nighttime Receptionist to join our growing team. This role offers a foot in the door of a fast-paced automotive dealership and the chance to learn how different areas of the dealership operate.

As one of the first points of contact for customers, you will help create a welcoming and professional experience while assisting with various dealership operations.

• Answer calls on a busy multi-line phone system and direct them as needed.
• Greet customers and guests as they arrive at the dealership.
• Support the sales team with customer coordination and follow-ups.
• Post customer payments and assist with inventory stock-in.
• Update CRM with relevant customer and sales information.
• Complete general administrative duties and special projects.
• Learn different dealership operations along the way.
