Group 1 Automotive in Leicester is seeking a customer service assistant to greet visitors, handle enquiries, and support showroom operations across sites and brands. You will be the first point of contact with excellent communication, organisation, and a positive, friendly manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately record calls and visits, and relay messages in a timely manner.
• Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and handling customer enquiries.
• Manage customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Provide support with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations.
