Job summary

Parkway Ford Sales is seeking an outgoing, organized, and energetic Nighttime Receptionist to join our growing team. This role offers a foot in the door of a fast-paced automotive dealership and the chance to learn how different areas of the dealership operate.

As one of the first points of contact for customers, you will help create a welcoming and professional experience while assisting with various dealership operations.

• Complete general administrative duties and special projects.

Parkway Ford Sales is looking for an outgoing, organized, and energetic Nighttime Receptionist to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a fast-paced automotive dealership, gain valuable business experience, and learn how multiple areas of a dealership operate. For the right person, this role can open the door to future opportunities within our organization.

You’ll be joining a busy, high-volume dealership where no two shifts are exactly the same. You’ll interact with customers, support our sales and administrative teams, and play an important role in keeping the dealership running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you’ll help create a welcoming and professional experience while assisting with a variety of dealership operations, including:

• Answering and directing calls through a busy multi-line phone system
• Greeting customers and guests as they arrive
• Supporting the sales team with customer coordination
• Posting customer payments
• Assisting with new and used vehicle inventory stock-in
• Updating and tracking information in our CRM
• Completing general administrative duties and special projects
• Learning different aspects of dealership operations along the way
