Job summary

L'Oréal is seeking a Flows Planning Administrator at Trafford Distribution Centre in Manchester on a fixed 12-month contract. You will be the operational heartbeat, coordinating inbound and outbound activity and ensuring safety, efficiency and on-time despatch.

Ideal candidates are self-driven, with strong communication skills, a logical approach and a proactive focus on health and safety. You will work with a supportive team to deliver reliable daily plans and KPI improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily inbound/outbound operations and act as a key contact for factories, suppliers, transport and customers.
• Be responsible for the integration of FEX files and building the daily despatch and collection schedules.
• Drive KPI targets for sustainability and cost to serve, while ensuring safety and quality.
• Ensure documentation is managed in line with group and legal norms.
• Support Our People by liaising with the Supply Chain and O2C teams to manage daily processes.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy to meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Flexible hours to meet business needs.
• Attendance and timekeeping.
• Understanding of warehouse picking and quality processes.
• Ability to take initiative and make confident decisions.
