Job summary

Boughey Distribution is seeking a dispatcher for a permanent night shift (10pm–6am) at our Lymedale site. You will manage the outbound delivery schedule in real time, coordinating vehicle and driver resources while ensuring compliance and timely communication with related teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a transport office managing outbound delivery schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• IT literate with SAP, Tacho Analysis or Microlise knowledge.
• Proactive team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the outbound delivery schedule in real time.
• Coordinate vehicle and driver resources against schedules within compliance restrictions.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact schedule completion.
• Communicate with Backhaul, GHT, VMU and Delivery Service.
• Provide accurate administration and reporting to required standards.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policy and promote welfare in your department.
