OCS Group is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead a small cleaning team in a UK facility. The role focuses on rota management, staff training, and maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

You will conduct weekly audits, report issues, and ensure records are up to date while complying with COSHH and safe work practices. The position requires right to work in the UK, strong communication, and prior supervisory experience in cleaning or related environments.

Qualifications

• Needs previous supervisory or managerial experience in cleaning/food manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Proven communication skills and ability to manage a small team.
• Willingness to work at height and follow safety protocols.
