Job summary

OCS is seeking a Cleaning Manager in the UK to lead the cleaning team across floors, washrooms and communal areas. You will supervise staff, coordinate rotas, manage site audits and recruit as needed.

The role requires experience in cleaning management, training delivery, HR compliance and strong customer service, with flexibility to meet deadlines and adapt to varying hours and days.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar field desirable.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms; manage associated duties.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruiting as required.
• Identify training needs, conduct training on-site and record completed training.
• Assist with investigations related to accidents or disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels and raise orders within budgets.
