OCS Group in Worcester is seeking a Supervisor to lead cleaning staff, ensure high cleanliness standards and uphold safety in the workspace. You will manage rotas, holidays, and training records while maintaining audit quality.

The role involves weekly cleaning audits, adherence to safety protocols, and potential use of heavy equipment and working at heights. Right to work in the UK is required.

Formación

• Right to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous supervisory/managerial experience.
• Background in cleaning/food manufacturing is advantageous.
• Willingness to work at height.
• COSHH and IOSH trained desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a small team, rotas, holidays, and performance and deliver training to all cleaning operatives and ensure records are updated correctly.
• Conduct weekly cleaning audits and escalate any areas of concern.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
• Role may require heavy industrial equipment, specialist chemicals and working at heights.
