Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a school cleaning supervisor for Monday to Friday, 4pm–7pm. You will lead a small team, manage rotas, holidays and training, and ensure high cleanliness standards in our school environment.

The role requires an Enhanced DBS, which OCS will support and fund. You will conduct weekly cleaning audits, follow safety protocols, and may work with heavy equipment and at heights.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cleaning teams.
• Experience in school or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in the evenings and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team, rotas, holidays and performance; deliver training and keep records updated.
• Conduct weekly cleaning audits and escalate any issues.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for a secure work environment.
• Role may involve heavy industrial equipment and working at heights.
