Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Supervisor to lead a small cleaning team, manage rotas, holidays and performance, and deliver training to operatives to uphold high cleanliness standards and safe, hygienic environments.

The role may require the use of heavy industrial equipment, adherence to safety protocols, and working at heights, with opportunities for development through our Academy and industry training offerings.

Qualifications

• Must have Right to Work in the UK.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Background in cleaning/food manufacturing is advantageous.
• Willingness to work at height.
• COSHH and IOSH training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing a small team, rotas, holidays, and performance; delivering training to operatives and keeping records updated.
• Conducting weekly cleaning audits and escalating any areas of concern.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Role may involve heavy industrial equipment, specialist chemicals, and working at heights.
