Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team in a facilities environment. You will manage rotas, holidays, performance and deliver training while maintaining high cleanliness standards. The role requires safety awareness, adherence to protocols, and the ability to work at height.

Experience in cleaning or food manufacturing is advantageous, and IOSH/COSH training is desirable. This is a full-time, on-site role in the United Kingdom with access to our digital learning

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a small team.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience required.
• Background in cleaning or food manufacturing is advantageous.
• Willingness to work at height and follow safety guidelines.
• COSHH and IOSH training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small cleaning team, rotas, holidays and performance.
• Deliver training to operatives and keep records up to date.
• Conduct weekly cleaning audits and escalate concerns.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a secure work environment; may use heavy equipment and chemicals; working at heights.
