Job summary

Norse Group Ltd is seeking a Cleaning Site Supervisor at Stoke Hill Junior School in Exeter. This permanent, term-time role covers 15 hours per week from Monday to Friday 4:30pm–7:30pm, supporting the on-site cleaning team and monitoring hygiene levels to meet contractual standards.

You will recruit and develop staff across sites, engage with the client, and work under the Area Manager. The role offers pension, annual leave, and local benefits, with DBS checked paid by the employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial cleaning environment (hands-on and supervisory).
• Ability to manage, lead and supervise staff across multiple sites.
• Excellent communication with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support management of local cleaning contracts and review performance against hygiene levels.
• Engage with client partners to develop relationships and ensure service levels are met.
