Job summary

Norse Group LTD is seeking a Cleaning Site Supervisor for Hewett Academy in Norwich. The role is part-time with hours Mon–Thu 4:00–7:30pm and Fri 4:00–7:15pm, with weekend enhancements possible. You will supervise a small on-site cleaning team and coordinate daily service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have commercial cleaning experience, supervisory or leadership exposure, and strong client-facing and organisational skills. DBS check is required on successful appointment.

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience in supervising or leading staff.
• Ability to engage confidently with clients and the public.
• Good organisational skills and workload management.
• Attention to detail and high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a small on-site team of cleaners.
• Ensure service levels are communicated and achieved.
• Store, maintain and replenish equipment and products.
• Monitor attendance and time management.
• Observe health and safety guidelines on site.
