Job summary

South West Norse at Wembury Primary School in Plymouth is seeking a Cleaner to join the team on a permanent, part-time basis during term time. The role includes daily and ad-hoc cleaning to meet high standards, working under supervision to support a welcoming school environment.

The successful candidate will work 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to 6:00pm, at £14.04 per hour. DBS check required; full training and a company pension and annual leave provision accompany progression

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial cleaning environment preferred.
• Full training and support available for enthusiastic individuals.
• Ability to meet defined standards in a quality-driven environment.
• Good communication and customer service for clients and the public.
• Attention to detail and high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day routine and ad-hoc cleaning as defined by the Cleaning Supervisor.
• Maintain hygiene and deliver high standard of customer service to clients and visitors.
