Job summary

South West Norse is hiring a Cleaner for Bidwell Brook School in Totnes, Devon. The role is permanent, part-time (20 hours/week) during term time, Monday to Friday 3.30pm–7.30pm, at £13.75 per hour.

You’ll carry out routine cleaning to high standards, support health and safety, and provide friendly service to staff and pupils. An enhanced DBS check is required, with benefits including a company pension and annual leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous but full training will be provided.
• Ability to work to defined standards in a quality driven environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day routine and ad-hoc cleaning as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain hygiene levels as part of site safety across all areas.
• Deliver high standard of customer service to staff and clients.
