Job summary

South West Norse is recruiting a Cleaner for Stoke Hill Primary School in Exeter. The role is permanent and part-time, 10 hours per week with the shift pattern Monday to Friday, 4:30pm–6:30pm. The salary is £12.71 per hour, with chances for progression within the national organisation.

The successful candidate will perform routine cleaning tasks, support site safety, and provide high levels of customer service to staff and visitors. DBS check is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and customer service standards.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day to day cleaning tasks as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.
• Maintain hygiene across all communal areas and public-facing spaces.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service to staff and visitors.
• Comply with Norse Policies and Procedures and site safety requirements.
