Job summary

Norse Group LTD is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor for High View Primary. You will oversee cleaning operations, supervise a small team and ensure delivery of services to the required standards across the site.

The role is 15 hours per week (early mornings and evenings). Competitive pro rata salary of £30,043.26 with uniform, equipment, ongoing training and a pension scheme are provided along with 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in cleaning operations.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work early mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lock and secure the school in the morning and evening.
• Carry out routine cleaning duties and supervise staff.
• Monitor staff attendance and cover for absences.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and proper paperwork.
