Job summary

Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Catering Assistant to join our Moy Park Dungannon team. This role is based at Moy Park Dungannon and offers part-time hours with 25 hours per week, evenings 18:00–00:00, Monday to Friday.

You will work as part of a team delivering high quality food handling, customer service and compliance with HACCP, safety and hygiene standards. Previous food handling experience is preferred and a positive, can-do attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide an efficient and friendly service to customers, assisting with food preparation and presentation to high quality standards.
• Comply with HACCP regulations and Health, Safety & Hygiene standards.
• Maintain a hygienic environment; keep tables and counters clean and supplied.
• Check deliveries and food temperatures; operate the till as required.
• Report any health and safety issues to Line Manager.
• Work as part of a team and communicate effectively at all levels.
