Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly service to customers and assist with food preparation and presentation to high standards
• Comply with HACCP regulations and health, safety & hygiene standards
• Maintain a clean hygienic environment; keep tables, accompaniments and counters tidy and stocked during service
• Check deliveries and monitor food temperatures; complete records and operate till as required
• Report defective equipment, utensils or safety issues to the Line Manager
• Communicate effectively with the team and work well both in a team and independently
