Job summary

Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Catering Assistant to join our Moy Park, Craigavon site in the United Kingdom. You will assist in the preparation, service and sales of all food and beverages while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety.

The role runs 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 15:30–21:00, with rewards including 20 days’ annual leave pro-rata, a Company Pension Scheme, an EAP and other wellbeing benefits. Join a family-oriented business that values people.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with a passion for helping customers.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety basics.
• Basic reading/writing/speaking/listening for safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, service and sales of all food and beverages.
• Prepare service counter and maintain high service standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and work as part of a team.
• Carry out cleaning duties and keep kitchen/service areas tidy.
• Handle cash and keep up-to-date with promotions.
