Coverage Care Services Ltd. is seeking a caring Care Assistant to join our team in Shrewsbury, England. The role covers 14–35 hours per week, with a shift pattern including alternate weekends, to support high-quality, person-centered care for residents.

Benefits include the National Living Wage, weekend enhancements, and ongoing training opportunities up to Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as we provide development support.

Care Assistant – 14-35 hours per weekWe are looking for caring, sensitive, compassionate individuals to join our care team to support the delivery of a high quality service to our service users, enhancing their quality of life, whilst promoting independence. We provide person centered care which starts with a care plan for every resident. Documented in this are all the daily living activities needs and preferences; therefore your duties will include, personal care, being a keyworker, administering medication, assisting with meal times.
