Job summary

Coverage Care Services Ltd is seeking caring, sensitive individuals to join our care team in Bishop's Castle to support residents with high-quality, person-centred care. You will perform daily living activities, act as a keyworker, assist with personal care, meals, and medications in line with each resident's plan.

Experience in care is preferred but not essential as we provide training and development opportunities, including Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience of caring for others in a care setting is ideal but not essential; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Personal care for residents.
• Act as a keyworker for residents.
• Administer medication as required.
• Assist with meals and feeding.

Care Assistant - (various hours available - including full time and part time)We are looking for caring, sensitive, compassionate individuals to join our care team to support the delivery of a high quality service to our service users, enhancing their quality of life, whilst promoting independence. We provide person centered care which starts with a care plan for every resident. Documented in this are all the daily living activities needs and preferences; therefore your duties will include, personal care, being a keyworker, administering medication, assisting with meal times. Full details are included in the job information pack.Experience of caring for others in a care setting is ideal but not essential as we will help you to develop the skills you need.Our shift times are generally 8 am - 8 pm or 10 pm, 8 am - 3 pm, 3 pm to 8pm/10 pm.The home is based in Bishop`s Castle, SY9 5AJIn return we will also:Offer a competitive salary and weekend enhancements.
