Town and Country Homecare is looking for compassionate care workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support in clients' own homes. You will assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, medication, and household tasks, while maintaining accurate records and safeguarding compliance.
Requirements include a full UK driving licence, Enhanced DBS check, and willingness to undertake mandatory training. Competitive pay, incentive schemes, and training opportunities are offered.

Sleep Ins: 10pm - 7am
You must be available to support at least one evening shift and at least one shift every other weekend as a minimum
Pay Rates:
Weekdays - £13.50 per hour
Weekends - £15.50 per hour
NVQ Care Worker Pay Rates:
Weekdays - £14.00 per hour
Weekends - £16.00 per hour
Additional Pay Rates:
Sleep ins - £114.39
Waking nights - standard hourly rate
This incudes travel time paid at £12.71 per hour and 20p per mile
All care workers are paid £12.71 per hour of training and meetings
Enhanced DBS checks, uniform, PPE are paid and provided for by Town and Country Homecare Ltd
