We're hiring a Care Worker to support clients at home with personal care, mobility, medication reminders, companionship, and practical domestic help. Full training is provided, with opportunities to develop NVQ levels 2 and 3 and flexible hours including alternate weekends.

Qualifications

  • Experience in care is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
  • Strong spoken and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively.
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work alternate weekends.
  • Access NI enhanced disclosure check will be performed for this post.
  • A criminal record will not necessarily bar you from obtaining this position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming.
  • Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
  • Administer or remind about medications as prescribed.
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to clients.
  • Assist with domestic tasks like cleaning, laundry and meal prep.
  • Record changes in health, mood or behaviour and report to family or healthcare professionals.
  • Empower clients to make choices about their care and maintain dignity.

We're Hiring: Care Worker

Are you a compassionate, dependable individual who wants to make a meaningful difference in peoples lives? Join our team of Care Worker and help individuals live fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes!

Your key responsibilities will be:
Personal Care
  • Support with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming and toilet
  • Assist with mobility and safe transfers in and out of beds etc
  • Use of mobility aids when required
Health & Medication Support
  • Assist with medication: administration or reminders as prescribed
  • Support with feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
Emotional & Social Support
  • Offer companionship
  • Encourage social interaction and help clients stay connected with loved ones
  • Provide reassurance and emotional wellbeing
Domestic Assistance
  • Help with light household tasks including; cleaning, laundry and meal prep
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Communication & Documentation
  • Record and report changes in health, mood, or behaviour
  • Communicate clearly with family members, healthcare professionals, and other team members
Personal Advocacy
  • Empower individuals to make choices and decisions about their care
  • Ensure clients rights and dignity are upheld at all times
What Were Looking For

Experience: Previous care experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.

Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively.

Drivers License: A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.

Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends.

Access NI enhanced disclosure check will be performed for the post- We adhere to the Access NI code of practice.
