Job summary

Coverage Care Services Ltd is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our care team across various hours (days and nights). You will support residents with daily living activities, working as a keyworker to promote independence and comfort.

Experience in care is ideal but not essential; we will provide training to help you develop the necessary skills. Benefits include weekend enhancements, the National Living Wage, and access to a broad training program.

Responsibilities

Care Assistant - various hours per week (days and nights)We are looking for caring, sensitive, compassionate individuals to join our care team to support the delivery of a high quality service to our service users, enhancing their quality of life, whilst promoting independence. We provide person centered care which starts with a care plan for every resident. Documented in this are all the daily living activities needs and preferences; therefore your duties will include, personal care, being a keyworker, administering medication, assisting with meal times.
