Job summary

Swarco Traffic Holding AG in Dundee is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for EV Charging Products. You will be the first point of contact for EV drivers and ChargePlace Scotland users, delivering friendly support and basic technical assistance from our Operations Centre.

The role is shift-based, full-time, onsite with training provided, in a growing sustainable mobility sector. On offer are development opportunities and a chance to contribute to a national EV charging network.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service (phone or face-to-face).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using computers, telephones, and digital communication tools.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and assistance to EV drivers and charge point owners.
• Be the first point of contact for ChargePlace Scotland enquiries.
• Offer basic technical support and log faults in management systems.
• Support driver registrations and membership queries.
• Assist with charge point commissioning administration.
• Track faults and user activity in line with service levels.
