Job summary

SWARCO is expanding its EV charging team in Hemel Hempstead and seeks a hands-on Customer Support Engineer. You will maintain and service EV charging infrastructure, diagnose faults, and provide professional technical assistance to customers, ensuring reliable operation and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering background or equivalent with problem-solving aptitude.
• Clear ability to troubleshoot electrical and electrical-network issues.
• Customer-facing service experience in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair EV charging infrastructure.
• Diagnose faults and implement solutions to minimise downtime.
• Provide technical assistance to customers and clients.
• Undertake fault-finding, repairs and component replacement.
• Manage stock levels and order replacement parts as required.
• Complete service documentation and daily worksheets accurately.
• Collaborate with service team to keep sites operational and safe.
