Job summary

SWARCO is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join the EV charging team. You will maintain and support EV charging infrastructure, diagnose faults, and deliver high-quality customer service across Dundee and surrounding areas.

The role involves hands-on engineering, problem-solving, and occasional travel. You will work independently and as part of a growing team with full training and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in service/field engineering.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, servicing and repair on EV charging infrastructure.
• Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
• Provide professional technical assistance to customers.
• Undertake fault-finding, repairs and component replacement.
• Manage stock levels and order replacement parts as required.
• Complete service documentation and daily worksheets accurately.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider service team.
• Ensure customer sites remain operational and compliant with service requirements.
