Job summary

SWARCO Evolt Charging in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an organised and customer-focused Service Co-Ordinator to join our EV charging team. You will plan and schedule field service activities, allocate work orders, coordinate engineers, parts and equipment, and keep customers informed with timely updates.

You will ensure preventative maintenance aligns with annual schedules, manage records across service systems, and support the wider service team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule planned maintenance, repairs and reactive service visits.
• Allocate work orders to field service engineers based on availability, location and priority.
• Coordinate technicians, parts and equipment to support service delivery.
• Ensure preventative maintenance and RCD testing are completed per annual schedules.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Keep customers informed regarding service progress and upcoming visits.
• Share completed service reports and documentation with customers.
• Manage expectations and provide excellent service at all times.
• Support achievement of contractual SLA requirements.
• Raise, manage and close service tasks across internal and customer systems.
• Update service trackers for planned maintenance and fault tickets.
