Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in sales, business development, or account management in Transportation or engineered products.
• 5+ years of leadership managing sales teams or multi-country growth initiatives highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the European Transportation sales team to achieve profitable revenue growth and market share.
• Develop short and long-term European commercial strategies aligned with global direction.
• Manage pipeline, forecast accuracy, pricing, and strategic account reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused Transportation solutions.
