Job summary

BAND-IT Co Ltd invites an experienced Manager, Transportation Sales - Europe to lead the region's growth strategy and profitable revenue attainment. You will manage relationships with major OEMs and Tier 1/2 accounts, drive pricing governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Europe to unlock new opportunities.

Reporting to a senior leader, you will shape regional priorities, develop strategic account plans, and deliver high-impact commercial initiatives while navigating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• 10+ years of sales, business development, strategic marketing, or account management experience in transportation or engineered products.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams or multi-country growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead European Transportation sales team to achieve annual operating plan and profitable growth.
• Develop and execute short and long-term European commercial strategies.
• Serve as executive sponsor for key European accounts and multi-country opportunities.
• Establish consistent full-cycle sales processes and maintain CRM discipline.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
