Job summary

BAND-IT is seeking a Manager, Transportation Sales - Europe to shape and execute European transportation sales strategy, translating global priorities into regional growth plans.

This role leads the European Transportation sales team; owns profitable revenue attainment; advances relationships with OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 customers; and drives disciplined opportunity development, pipeline management, pricing, forecasting, and sales execution across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in sales leadership and multi-country growth initiatives is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Transportation OEM and Tier 1/2 sales environments; pricing & forecasting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead European Transportation sales team to achieve profitable revenue growth and market share.
• Develop and execute short and long-term European commercial strategies.
• Manage pipeline, forecast, pricing, and strategic account reviews; drive opportunity development.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to deliver customer-focused Transportation solutions.
• Represent BAND-IT at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events across Europe.
