The role coordinates with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to translate global priorities into regional plans and drive sustainable profitability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading profitable revenue growth, market expansion, pricing, and forecasting in industrial/engineered-product markets.
• Experience leading sales across European markets in a global matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead European sales team to achieve profitable revenue growth, market share, price realization, and customer retention.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies for Europe across Industrial, Aerospace, and Energy segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior customer decision-makers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Drive pipeline management, forecasting, pricing, and sales execution with cross-functional alignment.
• Travel across Europe and internationally as needed to support customers and business objectives.
