Are you an experienced commercial professional working within scientific sales? Do you have experience with distributors in the analytical equipment or gas generator markets? Are you looking for a new challenge with a rapidly growing specialist company in Europe?
Our client is a dynamic and innovative business delivering specialized services in the scientific sector. Established over 20 years ago, they develop and produce tailored solutions for Nitrogen/Hydrogen generators and related equipment. Due to growth, they are hiring a European Territory Sales Manager to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include managing existing distributor relationships, upselling, cross-selling, and increasing sales. You will identify and establish new business with distributors across the UK and European territories, involving extensive travel across Europe. You will analyze sales data, provide performance reports, and collaborate with the service department to offer tailored solutions. This is a home-based role, and you can be located anywhere in the UK.
To qualify, you should have sales experience selling to distributors in Europe, preferably with expertise in Nitrogen/LCMS or Hydrogen/GC markets. You should be customer-focused, capable of building relationships, and developing credibility for the company. Self-motivation, effective planning, strategic thinking, and clear communication skills are essential. Proficiency in English is required, and additional European languages are a plus. Ability to work independently and travel internationally (up to 50%) is necessary.
You will enjoy a friendly, inclusive working environment, a competitive salary, benefits such as bonuses, and strong progression opportunities.
