Our client is a rapidly expanding and innovative business providing specialist services to clients in the scientific sector. Established over 20 years ago, they focus on developing tailored solutions for Nitrogen/Hydrogen generators. Due to growth, they are hiring a European Territory Sales Manager to join their team.
The role involves managing distributor relationships, upselling, cross-selling, and expanding business with new and existing distributors across the UK and European territories, involving extensive travel across Europe. You will analyze sales data, report on channel performance, and collaborate with the service department to offer tailored solutions. This position is home-based and open to candidates anywhere in the UK.
Ideal candidates will have sales experience with distributors in Europe, preferably in Nitrogen/LCMS—Hydrogen/GC markets. You should be customer-focused, capable of building relationships, and credible in your interactions. Self-motivation, effective planning, and strategic thinking to meet sales targets are essential. Excellent communication skills in English are required; additional European languages are a plus. You must be able to work independently and travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
