Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a Sales Manager for a client based in Sheffield. The role focuses on developing and expanding sales across Europe, managing relationships with engineers, consultants, distributors and contractors, and coordinating international projects.

You will present technical solutions to engineering audiences, maintain a personal sales pipeline, and support global agents and distributors. Permanent role in Sheffield.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the construction industry.
• Strong background in selling specified technical products.
• Confident presenter with engineers and consultants.
• Experience managing an international sales pipeline.
• Experience working with agents and distributors globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand sales within Europe.
• Maintain and grow relationships with engineers, consultants, distributors and contractors.
• Manage and coordinate international projects including supply chains.
• Present technical solutions and product specifications to engineering audiences.
• Manage a personal pipeline of opportunities and deliver consistent order intake.
• Support and develop partnerships with worldwide agents and distributors.
• Contribute to strategic sales planning and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
• Oversee lead generation and CRM within the business and marketing team.
• Work closely with our European agent responsible for Italy, France, Germany and Spain.
