Inspire Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Sales Manager for a client based in Sheffield. You will develop and manage sales across Europe, building relationships with engineers, consultants, distributors and contractors.

You will coordinate international projects, present technical solutions, and drive a solid order intake while managing an ongoing pipeline. The role requires strong communication with agents worldwide and a strategic sales mindset.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with European agent covering Italy, France, Germany, Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand sales within Europe.
• Maintain and grow relationships with engineers, consultants, distributors, and contractors.
• Manage and coordinate international projects – including supply chains
• Present technical solutions and product specifications to engineering audiences.
• Manage a personal pipeline of opportunities and deliver consistent order intake.
• Support and develop partnerships with worldwide agents and distributors.
• Contribute to strategic sales planning and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
• Hold responsibility for the business and marketing team, overseeing lead generation and CRM management.
• Work closely with our current European agent responsible for Italy, France, Germany, and Spain.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the construction industry.
• Strong background in selling specified technical products.
• Confident presenter with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and consultants.
