Job summary

PGIM is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to support our EMEA HR initiatives, focusing on employee relations, policy guidance, and proactive HR solutions for a European client base. The role requires strong ER experience, client-facing skills, and an ability to navigate FCA-regulated environments across the UK and continental Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial services within a client-facing HR role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex ER issues.
• Approximately 8-10 years of relevant HR experience.
• Exposure to HR practices across continental Europe.
• Strong generalist HR capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management.
• Solid understanding of HR administration and reporting requirements within an FCA-regulated environment.
• Proactive, assertive, and eager to learn, contribute, and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Generalist HR Support: Provide guidance on policy interpretation, performance management, and employee relations, partnering closely with managers and leaders.
• Employee Relations (ER): Manage ER cases within the client group, including complex matters across the UK and continental Europe.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements, including accurate documentation and SMCR administration.
• HR Data & Analytics: Leverage Workday and other HR systems to provide insights on key metrics such as attrition, diversity, and headcount.
• Collaboration with COEs: Work closely with Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Project Management: Contribute to regional and global HR projects that support strategic business goals.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee contract administration, induction processes, and HR compliance in collaboration with the HR Operations team.
