Job summary

PGIM, the global asset management arm of Prudential, is seeking a People Business Partner to support our EMEA teams in the UK and continental Europe. You will provide proactive HR solutions, handle employee relations, and partner with leaders to drive organisational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial services within a client-facing HR role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex ER issues.
• Exposure to HR practices across continental Europe.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management.
• Solid understanding of HR administration and reporting within FCA-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on policy interpretation, performance management, and employee relations, partnering with managers/leaders.
• Manage ER cases within the client group, including complex matters across the UK and continental Europe.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements, including SMCR administration.
• Leverage Workday and other HR systems to provide insights on attrition, diversity, and headcount.
• Collaborate with COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions and participate in regional/global HR projects.
• Oversee contract administration, induction processes, and HR compliance in collaboration with HR Operations.
