Job summary

Prudential Financial invites an experienced People Business Partner to join the EMEA People team. You will support internal PGIM teams, manage complex ER issues, and deliver proactive HR solutions across Europe.

The role requires a client-facing HRBP with ER strength and a track record in financial services. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with business leaders, provide HR data insights, and collaborate with Centres of Excellence to drive strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years HR experience, preferably in financial services.
• Client-facing HRBP with strong ER background.
• Experience across continental Europe.
• Strong generalist HR capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and data management skills.
• Knowledge of FCA-regulated environment HR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR support including policy interpretation and performance management.
• Manage employee relations cases within UK and continental Europe.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage Workday and HR systems to deliver workforce analytics.
• Collaborate with COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Contribute to regional and global HR projects.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes and HR compliance with HR Operations.
